Entrance:

 

When our attendees arrived to our event they were greeted at the door and entered their contact information into a spreadsheet. Once they entered the Thornapple Room they were greeted aging at the passport table. Here they received theire "passport" which they would have stamped as they "traveled" around the room visiting the different tables. They also were supposed to get their picture taken but in true AV equipment form, it stopped working. However, this worked out for the best as it would have caused a bit of congestion at the entrance of the Thornapple Room.

 

Time Spent at Event:

 

Attendees "traveled" around to each of the information tables set up around the Thornapple Room that covered each of the four emphases of the HTM program, study aboard, the Disney College Program, and an advisory table that had Anne London, a HTM academic advisor, and Amanda Stansbie, the HTM internship coordinator. Each table was set up to answer questions attendees had about each emphasis and the program in general.  In order to ensure all questions could be answered, each emphasis table was staffed with a current HTM student as well as, either a GV HTM Alum or a GV HTM Staff member. 

 

Exit:

 

As each attendee was leaving, they came to the prize table to redeem the stamps that they had collected from the informational tables for raffle tickets to be entered into our prize drawings. Each attendee also received a goodie bag filled with items that had been donated by various businesses and was thanked for attending our event.
