We focused our marketing efforts to three areas:

Posters around campus

Facebook & Twitter

Tabling in Kirkhof
For our posters, pictured right, we paid the University Promotions Office to post our poster on all the approved bullentin boards around campus.
The marketing committee created a Facebook event as well as a drafted sample tweets for us to use leading up to the event. They also got university Facebook and Twitter accounts to share and retweet our information with their followings.
During the two weeks leading up to our event, we had people handing out pluggers with QR codes to our Facebook event page at the main tables in Kirkhof. We were giving out candy as a way to draw people into our table.
